W-2 Consultants

Oxford Healthcare IT's W-2 consultants earn an hourly rate and are paid weekly. Our W-2 consultants receive personalized support from Oxford Healthcare IT's Recruiters to find engagements that best showcase their skills and experience. As an added benefit, a dedicated travel coordinator works with our traveling W-2 consultants to plan their trips to and from their engagements.

Corp to Corp Consultants 

Oxford Healthcare IT welcomes corp to corp consultants who run their own business or work for a consulting firm and can bring the expertise our clients require for their mission-critical projects. Corp to corp consultants have the support of an Oxford Healthcare IT Recruiter to scout out the most challenging and rewarding engagements. 

Because Oxford contracts with your employer, our corp to corp consultants are responsible for their own business expenses; insurance requirements; local, state, and federal taxes; and medical insurance and benefits.
